July 20, 2009  CMS has announced that TrailBlazer Health Enterprises, LLC, has been awarded the contract for the combined administration of Part A and Part B Medicare claims payment in Jurisdiction 7, which includes the states of Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Implementation activities will begin immediately and CMS expects TrailBlazer to assume full responsibility for the claims processing workload no later than March 2010.
