November 25, 2009 CMS has just posted chapters 1, 3 and 5 of the MDS 3.0 RAI Manual. Appendices A through G, and H are also available. Chapters 2, 4, & 6, and Appendix C are scheduled to be posted in December. This link will take you to the CMS MDS 3.0 website. The RAI materials are in a zip file listed under Downloads section toward the bottom of the page. NASL will be reviewing the files and will provide a detailed analysis, but in the meantime, we wanted to distribute access to the RAI Manual so you can begin your own review it as soon as possible.
