NASL 2017 Winter Legislative & Regulatory Conference

The NASL 2017 Winter Legislative & Regulatory Conference gives you everything you need to know to navigate the changes to health care coming in 2017:

  • Understand the Priorities of the New President and Congress:
    • How will Rehabilitation Therapy and Other Ancillary Services Fit into Congressional leadership’s agenda of repealing the Affordable Care Act?
    • Will the priorities for CMS and ONC change with the confirmation of Secretary-elect of HHS, Tom Price, and CMS Administrator-nominee, Seema Verma?
  • Talk the language of the New Congress and the etiquette of advocating on Capitol Hill:
    • Develop and nurture a relationship with Members of Congress and their staff.
    • Become their go-to industry expert.
    • Continue to grow your relationships through social media.
  • Update on CMS’s Project to Reform SNF Part A Payment, the “CMS Payment Model Research.”    
  • CMS’ presentation on understanding the timeline of the Standardized Assessment Data and the Quality Measures required by the IMPACT Act.

Cancellation Policy:

 

  • Cancellations received on or before February 1, 2017 will receive a credit toward a future NASL meeting for the paid registration fee, minus a $50 processing fee.
  • Credit issued for a cancelled registration must be used within one year, and will be forfeited if not used within that time. 
  • Credits are transferrable to another employee of the NASL member company.
  • No credit will be issued for cancellations received after February 1, 2017.
